These Royal Logistic Corps rank slides are designed for wear with MTP/Multicam uniform by serving members of the Corps. The Royal Logistic Corps (RLC) was formed in 1993 as part of the British Army’s “Options for Change” restructuring, bringing together five long-standing corps: the Royal Corps of Transport, Royal Army Ordnance Corps, Royal Pioneer Corps, Army Catering Corps, and the Postal and Courier Service of the Royal Engineers. Created to provide a unified and modern logistics capability, the RLC became responsible for supply, transport, ammunition, fuel, catering, postal services, movement control, and other essential combat service support functions. Since its formation, the Corps has supported operations worldwide, from the Balkans and Iraq to Afghanistan, living by its motto “We Sustain,” and ensuring that the British Army can deploy, fight, and win wherever it is required.
