The D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN is an innovative crossing of two standard components from the world of occupational safety: The COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN, the strongest and most secure aluminum buckle, and the stainless steel D-ring. It combines all the safety features offered by the patented locking mechanism of the COBRA® QUICK RELEASE technology with the versatile application possibilities of a D-ring. The construction of the D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN is unique. The D-ring is integrated directly into the main part of the buckle. This allows for a central positioning of the D-ring and prevents it from pressing against the webbing and thus blocking under tension.

In the 18 kN version, this quick-release buckle is larger than its counterpart, the COBRA® PRO STYLE, and meets all the requirements of the ANSI Z359.12-2019 standard, which requires a minimum tensile strength of 15 kN for the buckle and 22 kN for the D ring required. However, in addition to the 22 kN of the ring, we guarantee a minimum tensile strength of 18 kN on the clasp and indicate this accordingly in the technical data.

This version of the D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN is designed for a belt width of 50 mm. The D-ring offers 30% more space for gear compared to the 45 mm D-RING COBRA® PRO STYLE 18 kN. Perfect for all tough jobs that require a certain extra amount of material.
