The buckles meet a wide range of industrial standards including, exceeds EN 358, exceeds ANSI z359.1, exceeds CSA z259.1, exceeds NFPA 1983/2006 and many more standards. Salt, fog, dust and seawater tested, ISO Quality Control (89/686/EEC Art.11B).
The buckles are manufactured in Austria and are CNC milled for extreme flawless precision.
A lot of the buckles are interchangeable allowing 28mm to be added to 50mm etc etc, this is excellent when joining different size straps. They come in a wide range of sizes including SIZES 1” (25mm), 1.25” 32mm, 1.5” 38mm, 1.75” (45mm), 2” (50 mm), 2.25” (58mm)
The buckles are available in a wide range of colours including desert sand, foliage green, elephant grey, all-black matte finish, gloss ktl black, coyote brown, basic polished (silver), special order colours, HARD COAT™ for corrosive, salt water & high friction applications.
The buckles are available in halves and virtually any combination is possible, male adjustable, female adjustable, stretched fittings to fit thick webbing. Small, Regular, Medium or XL sized clips, sometimes referred to as ears, these can be brass or black zinc plated.
The buckles are tested to 4000lbs and there are also MRAP super cobra (46kn / 10.000lb), stainless steel nautic cobra ITW plastic version load tested to 500lbs known as ghillie tex polymer cobra
